We offer payment plans on some products, both as a built in feature and on request as custom orders. We do have to specify, though, that the deposit (generally a third of the product price, although a minimum of 20USD) payment is non-refundable, as it represents a service rendered, and thusly constitutes a custom order - which we generally do not offer returns on.
Upon placing a deposit, you do agree to pay the remainder within two weeks, after which forfeiture of the deposit is at the discretion of us. If you wish to extend the payment date for future payments, arrange this with us.

We're not ghouls, we don't cheat, and generally, we're very relaxed, so don't worry - this is not to punish customers, but to protect us as sellers from fraud by malicious persons.

Shipping

We currently send all post as registered mail from Germany with Deutsche Post or DHL, with tracking and insurance. The choice to send out items from Germany is, simply put, to minimize cost. It is less than half the price when we do it this way. For that reason, we are unable to offer much in the way of expedited shipping, as we usually only take the 300 mile round trip once per week. If in urgent need of rapid delivery, please contact us directly after ordering, through Etsy.

Usually, items are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on postal service schedules and target country or region. What this means for you is, you'll be able to follow your parcel all the way to your door. You'll also be able to claim the full price of whatever items do not make it to you safely, provided you send a picture of the box you received, and a description of the damages. If needed, you may be asked to return damaged items (you can use the parcel the item came in, if intact, and we'll reimburse you for shipping costs, as long as you clear them with us first) so we can claim insurance on our end.
What this also means, however, is that
a) we will require you to pick up a parcel, if the tracking says it's been through an attempted delivery - we cannot refund an order until it is safely back with us if it has not been picked up within whatever limitation your countrys postal service has and
b) we cannot consider a refund for a missing order, until the most recent update to its tracking information is 4 weeks old.

I ship to the exact address listed on the order, which corresponds to the address you currently have listed as your address upon checkout. Any inaccuracies that result in delay, return to sender or packages being lost in the mail are the responsibility of the buyer. If an error is present when ordering, convo me immediately to correct the information, or ask for a refund and then contact me to reorder once the shipping info has been updated.

When an item is marked as 'Shipped', it is out of my hands, and I am no longer able to change or update the address, and I instead advise you to speak to your local postal service, and/or the resident at the listed address.

Please keep in mind that tracked packages will require a signature from the buyer upon delivery, to secure the chain of custody. We cannot waive this unless the buyer unequivocally assumes responsibility for the parcel, as this will entail sending it without tracking information. If parcels are left on porches, doormats, in the custody of reception desks or similar, or is handled by any third party outside the chain of custody on instructions from the buyer, the liability transfers to the buyer. We know that parcel theft is an issue in many parts of the world, and we urge you to instead let the parcel remain with the postal service, and arrange for a pickup or redelivery.
